Refund and Returns Policy

At Style Story, customer satisfaction matters to us. However, due to hygiene and accessory-related concerns, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.
1. No Return / No Refund
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after a successful order unless the product received is damaged.
2. Damaged Product Return Process
If the product arrives damaged, we will process a replacement.
To request a damage return, you must provide:
- A full unboxing video showing the package being opened.
- Clear photos of the damaged product.
Important:
- The video must be continuous and unedited.
- Damage must be clearly visible.
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Reporting Time
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Verification
Our team will review the video and photos to confirm eligibility for replacement.
5. Communication

We will respond within 48 hours.
